Let’s be serious, as parents do we actually have command over anything in our lives? We all know who the real [little] commanders are.

Recently, with the start of school, I felt like things were spiraling out of control, and we were being inundated with stuff!
SO. MUCH. STUFF

I wanted to design a space to store our backpacks ,school work, miscellaneous papers, with a spot to collect all of our masks, a place for the endless todo lists, and a space large enough for our ever changing calendar.

My goal was to create a visual snapshot of our week so that with one glance we could all be on the same page.
I decided to take control! I am absolutely loving our family command center and I actually look forward to organizing all of that stuff!
I love this extra large oversized dry erase calendar that is perfect for our busy schedule. The wall hooks are great for hanging back packs and I love the use of wood pant hangers to clip important school work. Wire metal hanging baskets are perfect for storing miscellaneous items like due library books, flash cards, junk mail, and of course masks (2020 y’all)!

What do you do with all of your “stuff”?
